Escrever no blog e contar calorias, ver meu peso com frequencia, tudo isso me deixa mais ciente e motivada nessa busca por perder peso...tenho um longo caminho pela frente. Bom, essa semana vou tentar fazer uma dieta de no máximo 500 kcal por dia, se eu conseguir menos ótimo. Com certeza a gelatina diet e a sopa vono a noite (ultima refeição sempre as 19 hrs por causa do metabolismo) vão me acompanhar muito essa semana. Espero dar uma acelerada e fazer um esforço para sair da faixa dos 70 Kg e ir pra faixa dos 60 e poucos Kg logo no proximo mês. Tenho certeza que se eu fizesse exercicio perderia mais, mas odeiooooo me exercitar e com uma dieta hipocalorica assim não tenho vontade de fazer muita coisa...mas to feliz pelo que já consegui. Adoraria perder 2 kg por semaninha, quem sabe até mais, se isso acontecer no final do proximo mes estarei com uns 66 kg, vou dar tudo de mim nesse mês. Sempre tive medo de me pesar nos dias que sucedem as compulsões, mas hoje me perguntei "Será que miar resolveu?" ai fui me pesar e afirmo que resolveu sim, eu deveria ter engordado pra cacete se não miasse. Vale a pena? A dor no estomago, a culpa por miar, judiar tanto do meu organismo? Pra mim vale a pena emagrecer nem que eu pague isso com a morte, não tenho nada a perder, apenas uns 30 Kg .... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Hoje também foi um dia "inusitado", pela primeira vez usei laxante, nunca tinha feito isso. Estou um pouco preocupada, pois não tive compulsão hoje, fiquei dentro dos pontos e das Kcal que me permito e não sei pq miei o almoço, estou com medo de estar de fato perdendo mais ainda o controle, mas ainda acredito que miei o pouco que comi pq me senti culpada de não ter feito um NF ou Lf. Espero não miar quando comer pouco, só nas compulsões. Bom, amanhã tentarei um NF só com chá ou um LF básico pra compensar essa "surtada", porra quase 4 mil Kcal, to ficando maluca, afinal deveria comer isso em uma semana não em um dia. Nossa cerveja e pizza é sempre meu ponto fraco, não resisto! Ah, óbvio que miei no almoço e na janta, o foda foi que miei o porre de cerveja tb...conclusão, meu estomago ta doendo pra caralho. Minha mãe veio me questionar hoje me perguntando "que dieta de se alimentar de chá é essa", mas como ela viu o quanto comi ontem, não deu tanto na cara.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Acho que quem tem ANA dá muito mais na cara do que quem tem MIA, pq os pais de filhos bulimicos sabe que os filhos comem muito e nem se ligam nisso a não ser que você mie de forma escandalosa, o que não é meu caso, pois disfarço muito bem isso. O problema é que como a maioria eu tenho com frequencia oscilado entre MIA e ANA, tenho episodios compulsivos e sempre no dia seguinte faço um NF, isso esta ficando mais frequente. Me pego constantemente me questionando se estou fora de controle, acredito que sim, espero um dia sair dessa. Sempre tive medo de migrar para ANA, me sentia segura sendo MIA, agora que oscilo entre os dois transtornos sinto receio de estar num caminho sem volta. Vamos ver o que acontece, amanhã é um novo dia, mas eu pretendo comer muito, sinto uma fome absurda e provavelmente devo ter alguma compulsão amanhã, afinal é sabado. Ando meio ansiosa, preocupada com as dividas, mas fico feliz de ter feito algo diferente hoje. Como vocês podem ver o meu NF não adiantou porra nenhuma e continuo a mesma orca, alivia a culpa, mas não emagrece nadinha. Mas vamos indo né, hoje "almojantei" às 18 hrs, vamos ver amanhã na balança a pesagem oficial da semana. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Considerações do dia:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;Péssimo? Imagine, o final de semana mau começou e o pior estava por vir. Passei a madrugada em claro acompanhando minha sogra no hospital, graças a Deus ela esta melhor. Eu ia miar o x-tudo mas nao rolou tive que sair correndo da barraca de dog para buscar ela com meu noivo e levar para o hospital...estava tão preocupada que nem percebi quando meu corpo engoliu aquelas calorias todas...mas acho que esse sanduba me ajudou a aguentar a madrugada afinal so sai do hospital 10 da manhã e nem dormi. Então acho que de certa forma essa compulsão não me fodeu tanto quanto as do dia seguinte. Comi compulsivamente e assustadoramente, mandei muito mau mesmo. Lógico que miei o almoço e a janta, me virei do avesso pra tentar me livrar de tudo. É revoltante o quanto sou fraca e o quanto cada final de semana tem sido um pesadelo. Esse final de semana não tive escapatoria e não faltou parente dizendo "coma mais", culpa deles? Nem fodendo...a culpa e totalmente minha a orca assassina das mesas de domingo. Comer o equivalente a quatro vezes o que eu deveria de pontos e calorias foi um verdadeiro desastre, um recorde que eu sentirei o peso amanhã de manhã na balança. Mereço o castigo de NF amanhã, só cha e agua, bem feito pra mim! Que vergonha, que desastre. Mas aquela depre da TPM já passou. Ganhei de mamãe um alfajor delicioso, comi com tanto gosto que fiquei vesga...ai depois, la fui eu descobrir quantas calorias tinha...500 kcal, aff!!! Afinal passei a noite toda acordada vendo tv e bebendo agua e além disso estou numa TPM absurda mesmo, choro o tempo todo...lógico que a dieta pobre em carboidratos diminui mto minha serotonina, mas de fato não estou bem. Ah, não me arrependi de ter feito 5 refeições ontem, me senti mto vitoriosa por isso.&lt;/span&gt; Hoje deu tudo errado no trabalho, pacientes faltando sem avisar...e minhas dividas aumentando...e dificil suportar essa pressão de autonoma. Meu consolo é que hoje comi mto pouco, mas nao por medo de engordar, mas sim pq nada me desce, estou mto enjoada pq estou para menstruar (e nessas horas q nos mulheres nos sentimos um leitão, ficamos inchadas, e foda pra quem tem fobia a banha), então comi o q consegui hoje. Estou mto cansada e com sono acumulado. Tive um péssimo dia, mas o lado bom é que o amanhã logo vem. Mas...sei la como...eu perdiiiiiiii 1,5 Kg! Caralhoooooo q bom, não me pergunte como. Até agora perdi 3,5 kg e estou com 77 Kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;12/05/08-&lt;/span&gt; segunda-feira- fui tentar fazer um NF, mas cai na compulsão: 3 barras de cereal, um omelete com: 3 ovos, 1 cenoura, espinafre, 4 fatias de carne assada, 8 pedaços de queijo branco, alface. Conclusao? Na mosca, miei tudo, se adiantou naos ei mas dormirei sem culpa. &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Total: 383 pontos, 1461 Kcal.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PS-Hoje dia 13/05/08 iniciei o meu blog, por isso postei o resumo das 2 primeiras semanas da minah dieta. A partir de agora vcs conferem a minha jornada para emagrecer em um post por dia aqui neste espaço. Tomei 4 latas de breja no show e qdo cheguei assaltei a geladeira comendo: 2 fatias de pão de forma ligh, 4 fatias de queijo minas e 1 alcatra grelhada. Não façam isso em casa crianças, eu só faço pq meu corpo tem mta banha pra recorrer se faltar ok?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;2- Dieta dos pontos. Para saber quantos pontos devo consumir para emagrecer&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;a href="http://saude.abril.uol.com.br/especiais/dieta_pontos/calculadora.shtml"&gt;http://saude.abril.uol.com.br/especiais/dieta_pontos/calculadora.shtml&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TBM: 1679.35 (o quanto meu metabolismo gasta em repouso)&lt;br /&gt;Energia Diaria: 2015.22 equivale a 559.7 pontos. Por isso estou essa orca aqui, pq eu estou consumindo bem mais do que eu gasto, esses valores correspondem a qto meu metabolismo gasta para eu estar assim tipo leitoa prenha.&lt;br /&gt;Considerando que sou sedentaria, pesava inicialmente 80,5 Kg num tamanho Nelson Nedi de 1,54 cm o site conclui que:&lt;br /&gt;Meu IMC (indice de banha) é de 33.94 (Obesidade 1)&lt;br /&gt;A quantidade de pontos que devo ingerir para emagrecer é 359.
